Refund & Cancellation Policy

Agency Service Fees

All service fees charged by Tripformers Travel LLC for consultation and itinerary planning are non-refundable once the booking process has commenced.

Supplier Policies (Expedia TAAP & Third Parties)

As a travel intermediary, Tripformers Travel LLC adheres to the specific cancellation and refund policies of our third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators.

  • Non-Refundable Bookings: Many "Basic Economy" airfares and "Non-Refundable" hotel rates offered through Expedia TAAP cannot be cancelled or changed after purchase.
  • Refund Timeline: If a supplier approves a refund, it may take 7–14 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on the supplier's processing time.

Cancellation Process

To request a cancellation, clients must submit a written request to support@tripformers.com.

  • Cancellations made more than [e.g., 30 days] prior to departure may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any non-refundable supplier deposits.
  • Cancellations made within [e.g., 72 hours] of departure are generally 100% non-refundable.

Travel Insurance Recommendation

We highly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, as Tripformers Travel LLC cannot bypass supplier-enforced penalties
