Refund Policy | Trip Formers

If you wish to apply for a refund, you must do so in writing no more than 14 days after your booking.  
Any refund may take up to 5 working days to arrive in your account.  
Refunds, if any, on cancelled bookings will always be processed to the respective account or the banking instrument (credit card, wallet etc.) from which payment was made for that booking.   
All cancellations made directly in the booking need to be intimated to Trip Formers, in order to initiate the process of refund. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the mode of payment, bank etc. The refund shall be processed after deducting the Trip Formers service fee which is independent of the convenience fee.
